A Day at the Beach!

On March 21-22, 2009, the Southern Comforters hosted their annual quilt show at the C. Elizabeth Rieg School. The amazing collection of over 150 quilts by guild members drew many appreciative comments and votes. Many of the winning quilts will be shown again at the 2010 show, for those who may have missed them.

Other Events

In addition to the raffle quilt and displays of guild-made quilts, the 2009 Quilt Show featured a silent auction, door prizes, Keepsakes Korner, various vendors, ongoing kids activities, eight different demonstrations, and the featured work of talented guild member, Karen Sim.
