Margy Hill, "Asilomar Stars "
Last March, Marie Beall and I trekked once more to a quilt seminar at Asilomar in Pacific Grove, California. We took a class from Peggy Martin on strip paper-pieced stars. The class covered designing stars and using her technique to paper-piece them in strips. I call this quilt Asilomar Stars because I designed this star in her class and began piecing the quilt there. It is machine pieced and quilted by myself.
